6/5/2007: t's PRINCE's birthday... how are you gonna celebrate?

The Jazz Mafia has a plan that should be superfantastico in my humble
estimation. And because I wholeheartedly support everything these
musical geniuses lay their gifted hands on, I'll copy the entire Jazz
Mafia newsletter below. Let me know if you're up for a bit of funky
Prince tonight at Bruno's...

Celebrates Prince's birthday....come get funky

Yes yes, tis time once again to bring yourselves for the monthly
dose of big band funk, jazz and so much more at Bruno's with your host
Realistic Orchestra. This Tuesday we bring you the music of Prince; -
funky, rockin, sensual, a musical genius who has influenced multiple
generations of musicians with his eclectic style, and we're
celebrating his birthday with some arrangements by various members of
the orchestra, plus we have a great new tune brought in to us by
trombonist Jeanne Geiger. A splendiferous night of music, hope you can
make it down, and if you wear purple you get a free jazz mafia sticker
(designed by Mister Showy McShow), woo!
