Happy hump day afternoon!
We here at McShow Industries realize that winter can
be a tough time to catch all the stellar music in San
Francisco. No matter how good the grooves are, some
people find the need to spend every weekend snow-bound
at Lake Tahoe. We can sympathize. We’re all skiers
here at McShow Enterprises having fired all those punk
snowboarders long ago in order to increase
productivity. We want to know who’s playing around in
Tahoe when we’re headed up, so from now on you will
too. Thank Mary for that.
By the way, there are a couple of unique events coming
up to keep in mind. An incredible band of funky
soul-jazz players from Greyboy Allstars, Karl D’s Tiny
Universe, and Robert W’s 20th Congress will be at the
Boom Boom Feb 4th & 5th. Miss that and you’re insane.
Also the SF Bluegrass and Old Time Festival kicks off
next week with a 2-week run of excellent bluegrass
